I will start by relaxing your body down, opening and energising our chakras as butterflies.

 

I will guide you through a forest, imagining all the sounds and sights.  I will take you to a beautiful waterfall and its healing properties.  You will then have the opportunities to meet loved ones, guides and angels.  I will leave you for a short time and will then guide you back feeling relaxed and energised for your day ahead.

I will take you for a walk, imagining all the sounds and sights as we go along.  I will then take to you a river with a small boat.  You will then have the opportunities to meet loved ones, guides and angels.  I will leave you for a short time and will then guide you back feeling relaxed and recharged for your day ahead.

I will guide you out from your room where you are sitting to a lift.  As this lift moves upwards your body will feel lighter.  I will take you out of the lift into a garden.  You will then have the opportunities to meet loved ones, guides and angels.  I will leave you for a short time and will then guide you back feeling relaxed and full of life to help with the rest of the day.
